Dr. Julie Miller completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences
at the University of Calgary before pursuing her doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine
at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, British Columbia.
Upon completion of 4 years of extensive training in medical sciences and naturopathic
modalities, including a clinical internship, Dr. Miller received the Academic Excellence
Award for her graduating class. She had received additional training in the areas
of: homeopathy, nutritional medicine, homotoxicology, neural therapy, intravenous
vitamin and mineral therapy, and ozone therapy.
With a strong belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, Dr. Miller is
committed to finding the root of the problem and supporting the individual at their
own pace to achieve true healing and optimal wellness. Following the principles
of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Miller uses a holistic approach in treating her patients
which incorporates diet and lifestyle counselling, natural evidence-based therapies
and mind-body principles for healing.
While providing a thorough assessment based on history, laboratory and other specialized
testing, and physical examination findings, Dr. Miller will formulate a unique treatment
plan to meet each person’s needs.

Dr. Miller welcomes women, men, and children of all ages to her practice. Naturopathic

health concerns, healthy pregnancy and child development, ADD/ADHD, heart disease,
diabetes, autoimmune and neurological disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia,
pain management, arthritis, sports injuries, weight loss, skin conditions, headaches,
colds and flu, and mental health.
Dr. Miller is licensed by the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners
and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
